Eduard de Wilde began his career as a digital strategist at one of the leading marketing consultancy agencies in the Netherlands. However, during his biohacking journey, he discovered that helping others improve their health and well-being was far more fulfilling than advising large corporations.
In 2014, Eduard founded Livehelfi, a pioneering platform that provides high-quality supplements and functional foods to biohackers across Europe. Building on the success of Livehelfi, he launched Noordcode in 2018—his own brand of functional foods and supplements. With Noordcode, Eduard realised his vision of creating products that meet the highest quality standards, free from unnecessary additives and sourced sustainably within Europe.
This year, Eduard co-founded The School of Biohacking with Mark, furthering his mission to empower as many people as possible on their health journeys through education and practical guidance.
Eduard began his biohacking journey 15 years ago with a singular goal: to recover from the debilitating side effects of Lariam, an anti-malaria prophylactic he took in 1999. Despite trying numerous therapies for years, none provided lasting relief. Until he discovered the principles of biohacking. Through seven years of experimentation and lifestyle optimization, Eduard not only healed his body but also gained more energy and vitality than ever before.
Encouraged by this transformation, Eduard has continued his biohacking journey, shifting his focus toward anti-ageing—not simply to extend his lifespan but to remain healthy, vibrant, and thriving for as long as possible. Eduard just turned 60, but according to the Glycan Age test, his biological age is 21. Although this test doesn’t cover all the ageing markers, it shows he is doing some things right.
